You do tend to wise up in your 30s. I wonder what happens when you turn 40? (which will be me in 1 year and 10 months, not that I'm counting)

Very cool post. You have to have balance in your life or at least to the highest degree possible. The one thing that has become such an issue is the lack of one's own time. You have to sort of carve out "me" time the best you can.

Best of luck with the training and I always enjoy hearing about the cool places you go.
