I just entered the ballot for the 2009 London Marathon. Is it an addiction? Can running 12 marathons be the 12 steps?

Yes, it is addictive. I finished my first in April and before I was even healed signed up for my second (Portland, OR in October). I whole-heartedly agree with your 5 don't do's. Keep truckin' and know that only you can get yourself to the end.
